CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

1.⁠ ⁠General Conditions

1.1. Assitabet Cosmetics manages the return and cancellation processes within the framework of the relevant legislation, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

1.2. Within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased product.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Conditions

2.1. You can create a cancellation request before your order is shipped. To do this, you must submit your request to [email protected] or the customer service number.

2.2. Cancellation cannot be made after your order is shipped. However, you can start the return process when the product reaches you.

3.⁠ ⁠Return Conditions

3.1. In order for the return transactions to be valid, the products;

• Unused,

• Unopened,

• In the original box and complete.

3.2. Cosmetic products that have been opened, used or custom-made for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

3.3. If the product is sent faulty or damaged, you can use your free return right by contacting our customer service.

3.4. In returns made using the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee belongs to the Buyer.

4.⁠ ⁠Return Process

4.1. The product to be returned must be sent to the address specified by Assitabet Cosmetics together with its invoice.

4.2. After the product reaches us, it will be examined within 7 business days and if found suitable, the return process will be initiated.

4.3. The returned amount will be transferred to your account within 14 business days according to the payment method.
